Come eat, drink and take it all in at copia’s fifth annual edible gardens festival - our biggest event of the year. With cooking demos, winetasting, fabulous food, garden presentations, an artists’ marketplace, live music and more, you'll want to spend the weekend! Plus, bring the whole family for fun in the copia kids garden - hands-on crafts for kids, live performers and more! Highlights --garden programs • interested in beekeeping? Want to learn how to landscape with water features? Join us as a fascinating group of presenters shares information and insights - for the gardener in all of us. --cooking demonstrations • we’ve invited chefs from around the state to share their passion and expertise. Whether it’s indoors in our state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen, or al fresco in our viking outdoor kitchen, you’re sure to learn a new technique, hear some great chefs’ tales and sample something scrumptious. --festival marketplace • purchase gourmet goodies, garden tools and accessories, books and more. Plus, enjoy a taste of summer with sweet corn, sun-ripened tomatoes and fresh fare from local restaurants and artisan food purveyors. --winetasting • taste dozens of wines from wineries near and far. --artist’s demos and market • watch painters, sculptors, glassblowers and others as they demonstrate their art and craft.
